First Birthday Party Plans

The first year goes so quickly that before you know it, it will be time to start organising your baby's 1st birthday party and nearly one year olds have a tendancy to be demanding on your time.

I always have difficulties remembering who has replied to the party invites and always use this Guest List template to help remember, this way you can keep track of who you are waiting on and any dietary requirements of your guests.

Another classic party panic is trying to remember which gift came from who so that you can write your thank you letters. If you have lots of guests coming then it might be easier to wait until the party is over before you start to open the presents. A lot of your guests will want to see the birthday baby's reaction to their gift, or the wrapping paper so you may need a piece of paper to write who bought what.
